Sab brings over 11 years of global experience in recruiting Technology, Project, and Change professionals. A true specialist in Project and Change Management, Sab began his career in the UK after completing his postgraduate studies, initially recruiting senior project and change talent for leading US investment banks. He then spent nearly five years in Hong Kong, where he focused on technology roles within the banking and insurance sectors.
Since relocating to Singapore in 2021, Sab has delivered executive and C-suite searches across the APAC region, supporting clients in their technology transformation journeys. His deep understanding of the financial services industry and proven ability to move talent globally are complemented by a collaborative, relationship-driven approach.
A people leader since 2015, Sab is passionate about building high-performing teams, developing long-term partnerships, and nurturing an extensive industry network. Known for his enthusiasm and commitment to connecting exceptional talent with opportunity, Sab is helping to lead TENTEN Partners’ growth in Project Services across Southeast Asia.
Outside of work, Sab has a big love for cricket, he even plays occasionally here in Singapore, and has recently taken up golf as well. These interests reflect his energetic approach to both work and life, always keen to connect and enjoy new challenges.
